"I was very fortunate to be able to have John from this State Farm office contact me in reference to a requested quote. He was extremely professional and helpful throughout the entire process. He communicated with me via email, text, and phone call. Anyway I needed to communicate, due to my daily routine, was no problem for John. I'm extremely satisfied with the service he provided. I'm also extremely satisfied with my follow-up call with Deanna. It is very refreshing to receive correspondence, from a company that provides you a service, that is happy. I feel like they all enjoy their job and that translates to wonderful customer service for the consumer. I highly recommend this location to any and everyone. At least listen to him and let him give you a quote. I didn't think I was going to switch insurance companies until I saved over $150 a month overall. I even added an umbrella policy and still saved $150 a month."

"Hope and John are absolutely amazing! I didn’t know or understand a single thing about life insurance when I walked in, but they both broke it down and explained everything to where I was able to understand exactly what I was getting and what would work best for me and all the reasons why. "Was in the market for insurance reasonably priced for a college student and found that with State Farm. John the sales manager reached out to me after receiving an online quote and was not only super helpful but extremely knowledgeable in the product being offered. Answered any and all questions to ensure I had a full understanding of my coverage. The follow up phone call to answer any questions that might have been missed was extremely professional. I do not recall her name but I know her desk was the first one you see when visiting the main office and her welcoming smile made me feel like I was in the right place.
