"I have a long history with State Farm. But after my initial agent retired years back, I was a little lost. My account eventually got onboarded to Enrique's office. That is when I felt whole again. Why? Because although the agent is great, the support staff is what makes the difference and Enrique certainly manifested his wisdom in having Brenda on staff. Her attention to detail and personalized customer service pays homage to the type of service older millennials and Gen X was accustomed to and saw their parents experience. This makes a difference in choosing an agent because although they have been the least expensive rates, it isnt about price when you need your agent, it is about value and security."

"Today a request for my husbands proof of insurance came through for his truck. Brenda was kind enough to get it and emailed it to him immediately. Didn't take more than 10 minutes might have been less than 10 minutes. When requests for proof of insurance is needed and Brenda found how important it is, that really helps with the response to the company he works for.
