"We cannot express enough how appreciative we are to John for helping us recently. My husband and I had been dealing with another company for a few months and it felt like we were being ignored and unheard. We would go long gaps with no answers, and we had deadlines fast approaching. Deciding to switch to State Farm was something we had been discussing and we are so happy that we did. The entire staff was attentive and kind. John helped us and answered every question we had. He explained everything to us in a way that was straight forward and easy to understand. The owner was also warm and welcoming, and I could not be more pleased with the service here. I cannot recommend this establishment more, and the biggest thank you to John for making this stressful situation a breeze."
